Key points of chair mould:

1-Chair stackable

Chair stacking is convenient for transportation and storage. During product design, we will check product stacking issue to make the stacking easy. And ensure chairs won’t have big slant and it will be almost straight after stacking.

2-Chair strength and bearing

For standard chair, it need bear more than 150 kg weight, we will increase the main wall thickness and add more strength ribs to increase chair strength. And we will add some footgrips at the bottom of the legs to avoid silting.

3- Chair weight

Under the premise of ensuring the bearing capacity, we will adjust the chair product weight appropriately to satisfy your required weight.

4-Chair patterns

Chair backrests can be interchangeable with several patterns in 1 chair mold, normally choose 2 or 3 patterns for 1 chair mould. You can produce two or three kinds of chair in one mould, it save the mould cost.
