- Mould Structure

Depend on plastic paint bucket product design, mould design will be designed accordingly. For the handle holes and mouth ribs which can not eject directly, mould design will be designed with sliders. If you will use robot or In Mold Labeling or heat transfer printing, we will consider on product design and mould design to suit your future production.

- Mould Steel

Mould steel will be considered as per your production output requirement, we will recommend and use suitable mould steel, like P20, 718, DIN1.2738, H13…

- Mould Cooling

Mould cooling channel design will be intensive, paint bucket core side can add beryllium copper on the core bottom area and bucket mouth area for better cooling, the mould cycle time will be shorter.
